This rib of beef is a full traditional cut, which is not french trimmed. This rib comes with all the trimmings including the bottom plate.
Why do we only take a 20% Deposit today?
Where our products are sold by weight, the specific weight for your goods will be confirmed at the time of collection. On that basis, we'll only take a non-refundable deposit of 20% today based on the estimated weight with the balance due when you collect from your chosen Jesse Smith or W.J Castle shop. Please note that on this basis, the final total may differ slightly from the total shown at checkout, up or down.Taken from prime heritage breeds of British beef such as Hereford, Longhorn and Shorthorn, sourced from local farms. We age our prime beef cuts on the bone to create its unrivalled taste and texture.
