Why do we only take a 20% Deposit today?

Where our products are sold by weight, the specific weight for your goods will be confirmed at the time of collection. On that basis, we'll only take a non-refundable deposit of 20% today based on the estimated weight with the balance due when you collect from your chosen Jesse Smith or W.J Castle shop. Please note that on this basis, the final total may differ slightly from the total shown at checkout, up or down.
